All our products are passed through our in-house quality testing and inspections before being delivered to our clients. The department of quality is handled by a competent quality control analysts who make use of sophisticated quality testing machines. Our hi-tech manufacturing facilities enable us to manufacture a superior quality range of laser cutting machines and allied equipments. We own a modern manufacturing unit which is established on an extensive area with a massive production capacity. It is well equipped with the latest machines and tools which are kept in perfect working conditions to ensure optimum utilization of resources. We use CNC laser cutting (for shearing and bending facilities) machines, 3-axis AMADA model FO3015NT Laser machine (with 2000 watt resonator) and other requisite machines.Besides a robust manufacturing unit, we also own a design unit which is equipped with all the CAD/CAM facilities. We have four CAD/CAM stations, that enable the usage of various software like Pro E, Solid Works, Mechanical Desktop and AutoCAD. These facilities also helps in the production of tool paths from surface data, blue prints, templates, sketches or reverse engineering. Owing to our sound infrastructure, we are in a significant position to provide our esteemed clients with qualitative products and services in standard as well in the customized forms.
